We live in an interconnected life in the fast lane world.  This is great for airports and concert venues.  However, body and skin care are not something to be taken lightly. 

Grotto was created with the mindset that we should be able to fly high and fast, but know when to be smooth, sightly and serene.   When it comes to serving our guests so that they leave beautiful, confident and empowered, we want to get it right the first time every time.  The turn style fast food manner that some spas provide is not our style.  While we can be as fast as anyone, our guests deserve to be treated with the respect and care that they deserve.  

We’re experts at what we do. But knowing the best techniques is only part of the process, we’re also here to make you look and feel great. Whether you’re here for a 15 minute service or an entire day, your happiness is of utmost importance!

Haylee and Mike are absolutely amazing! Haylee was great for conversation during our appointment, and she kept me informed throughout the process. She had mentioned a great deal they had on the hydrafacial and as I was checking out, Mike gave me more information for me to think about, never pressuring me. Have been going to SUW for several years now. My mom is an aesthetician, I know what to look for in a clean and hygienic studio, this exceeds all my expectations. Mike at the front is awesome and super knowledgeable, and always so kind. My Brazilian never takes longer than 10 minutes with Holly, so thankful for her speed waxing and knowledge. They use high quality wax as well, really makes a difference. If you're looking for a waxing place, look no further.

First Brazilian wax I did with Holly was incredible. I have absolutely found my new waxer and I will never cheat on her. She was incredibly sweet the whole time and kept making sure I was doing ok. Love my lash lift and was very impressed with Becca. I came in on class pass and didn't know what to expect but really enjoyed my treatment. They have moved just down the road from where the Starbucks is so if you're looking for them they are on Prentice not Belleview.

I don't normally write reviews, but sometimes your experience is just too great not to talk about it. I booked appointments for waxing with Studio Urban after reading reviews on Yelp and man did they deliver! First of all, Julia was recommended based on the reviews a d she was AMAZING. So personable and sweet and knowledgeable. The whole experience was very comfortable. After the appointment, I had a little bit of a rash because my skin is soooo sensitive and the studio was super responsive and text me about options to care for my skin when I asked. Anyway, just great service and a great experience. Thanks!

Everyone needs to get the Hydrafacial with Vampire mask!!! My skin has never looked better!! WOW! Best mask ever!!!!! Love this place!

Every time I go in, they do a fantastic job with my eyebrows. Always clean, and the staff is very caring and helpful. It is one of the more pricier waxing places. But the quality of work definitely shows! Plus it usually last me 3-5 months for their work to grow back out. They really know how to grab the hairs. I appreciate the full 30 min they take to make sure every hair is plucked 🙂

I have been waxed at pretty much every waxing spot in the DTC area, and when I say that Studio Urban Wax - DTC is the best, please trust me on that! Every person and technician is so friendly and professional. You can tell that they are all experienced estheticians by how clean it is, how efficient they are, and even how quickly they do what you need. I typically see Holly, she is absolutely amazing and does exactly what I need every time. All the other technicians are great as well, so you can fully trust them and what they are doing. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
